A Bit About Me

I am a Bodycontrolpilates Certified Instructor and a Certified Physio/Kinesiologist having trained with Joe Hippensteel, CEO of Ultimate Human Performance in some of the most advanced techniques from the USA which allow people to regain full range of movement and increase flexibility.  The Ultimate Human Performance methodology teaches you techniques to enable you to improve performance at every level from an average lifestyle to an elite sportsperson.  This method will teach you to eliminate pain and prevent injury from mild or severe conditions by releasing tension and training the body in the most efficient and advanced way possible.
I have specialist training in both Pilates for Performance and Pilates for Rehabilitation including Low Back Pain, foot and ankle biomechanics, hip functionality and form, neck and shoulder function and sports performance pilates.  This work is aimed particularly at considering joint and movement strategies specific to the individual to restore, maintain or enhance function.
